1. Service Description:
PMSyllabus provides Management Consultancy, Business Development, Professional Development, Professional Coaching, Executive Advisement, and Employee Development services to clients.
2. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the services requested. They must also adhere to any agreed-upon timelines and requirements outlined in the service agreement.
3. Confidentiality:
PMSyllabus and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the services. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial data, and personal information.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property Rights:
Any intellectual property developed or shared during the provision of services, including but not limited to reports, strategies, and training materials, shall remain the property of PMSyllabus unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the services with written notice, subject to any applicable termination clauses outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled within a specified timeframe.
7. Liability:
PMSyllabus will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial losses or business interruptions, arising from the use of its services, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing Law:
Any disputes arising from the services provided by PMSyllabus shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the services are performed, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
9. Amendments and Modifications:
These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by mutual agreement in writing. Any changes shall be documented and incorporated into the existing service agreement.
10. Effective Date:
These terms and conditions are effective upon acceptance by both parties and remain in effect until superseded by a new agreement or terminated as per the termination clause.
